The Resort

Golf

Designed by Cabell B. Robinson, the Aphrodite Hills course is considered to be one of the best resort layouts in Europe. Surrounded by a protected forest, the fairways cut through lakes, olive and carob trees and the golf course comprises two plateaux separated by a dramatic ravine which offers golfers a stunning backdrop. It most memorably comes into play at the third hole, which calls for a truly heroic drive of 220 yards through the air over the ravine to reach the fairway.

The golf course is around 6,930 yards long and plays to a par of just 71, however multiple teeing areas make it a course that virtually all players can enjoy. The condition of the course is always exemplary and the scenery is spectacular, the fairways wide and the greens are challenging to hit on just about every hole.

There's also a 3-hole academy course and other first-class practice facilities, plus a team of PGA-qualified professionals who offer a wide range of programmes for golfers of all ages and abilities.

There are 290 luxurious guest rooms and suites, and the interiors are a beautiful blend of contemporary designs and traditional Cypriot décor. Alternatively, you can easily rent one of the exquisite holiday villas or luxury apartments on a short or long-term basis. Most accommodation comes with sea, golf course or pool views.

The Spa

State-of-the-art facilities and an expert team of therapists provide top-to-toe pampering for the mind, body and soul. The Greco-Roman bathing rituals of cleansing and relaxation inspired the design, atmosphere and ambience of The Retreat Spa.

A total of 27 tranquil treatment rooms offer a variety of idyllic possibilities from private to couples rooms, to specialised hydrotherapy, spa manicure and pedicure rooms, Thai rooms and outdoor massage pavilions. Using Pevonia Botanica products and Litya Aboriginal products throughout the Spa, treatments include facial and body treatments, as well as massage and aromatherapy.
