Also devised by the inimitable Schilo, El Jardin is a stunning modern Mediterranean dining landscape, where the fresh and creative menu is complemented by a light and airy dining room.
Under the stewardship of award-winning chef Alberto Tumbarello, Finca Cortesin has successfully integrated a traditional yet fascinating Italian dining experience.
As its name suggests, The Bar is a fantastic meeting place - enjoy an aged sherry and one or two tapas amid sumptuous surroundings.
Spa
No less than 2,200 sq. metres have been dedicated to the pursuit of wellness and relaxation in the Finca Cortesin resort's spa. Highlights include the 25-metre swimming pool, complete with salt treated water, and the enormous windows that bathe the area in natural light.
Relax in the steam bath, Finnish sauna, relaxation area and the invigorating ice cold plunge pool and snow cave, the first of its kind in Spain. The state-of-the-art gymnasium is complete with all the machine and free equipment necessary.
