Bars and Restaurants

Gleneagles offers a huge range of dining, all of a high standard but with styles and settings to suit every occasion.

Andrew Fairlie @ Gleneagles

An innovative approach to French cuisine using the best Scottish produce has established this glorious dining room as Scotland?s only with two Michelin stars. All set in sumptuous surroundings, Andrew Fairlie is known for its signature smoked lobster. Booking well in advance is essential.

The Strathearn

Enjoy the best in Scottish flavours and produce in The Strathearn, the main restaurant at Gleneagles, where the classic service and setting, with a smart / casual code, is ideal for many resort guests.

Deseo

The Mediterranean flavours in Deseo, including wood-fired pizzas, make it an enjoyable and laid back place to enjoy a meal or snack, with excellent tapas dishes on offer.

The Dormy Clubhouse

Overlooking the final greens of both the King?s and Queen?s Courses, the Dormy Clubhouse is a favourite with golfers, where a menu of bar snacks and classic clubhouse fayre is always popular.

ESPA Spa at Gleneagles

The Spa by ESPA at Gleneagles is without doubt a market leader in Scotland, designed by award-winning interior designer Amanda Rosa, and offers captivated views of the resort grounds. Surrounding the spacious central courtyard is a collection of individually conceived treatment rooms, where a menu of indulgent therapies is available.

Hot and cold hydro experiences are the perfect way to prepare the skin for your spa treatment, including crystal steam rooms, chilling ice rubs, saunas and a striking vitality pool.

Golf at Gleneagles

Gleneagles is the host of the 2014 Ryder Cup, and arguably offers more high quality, diverse championship golf than any other Scottish destination; the traditional heathland landscape of the King?s and Queen?s Courses are juxtaposed by the contemporary style of the glorious PGA Centenary.

King's Course

The best known and most historic of Gleneagles? trio is the King's, which for many years hosted the Scottish Open and the MacDonald's sponsored event on the Ladies European Tour. At times quirky, the King's is packed with dog-legs, humps and hollows, and raised greens, all providing different visual demands but always set against the stunning backdrop of the glens.

Queen's Course

Similar in style to its elder neighbour, the Queen?s rolls through the splendid Gleneagles heathland, with water hazards, thick rough and woodland to contend with.

PGA Centenary Course

Created by Jack Nicklaus and originally known as the Monarch Course, the PGA Centenary is Gleneagles? Ryder Cup layout, a spectacular stadium style track of which the Golden Bear is particularly fond; the great man said it was ?the finest parcel of land in the world I have ever been given to work with.?
