Golf
The amazing golf experience at Fairmont Turnberry Isle is best characterised by the phenomenal 64-foot waterfall that cascades down adjacent to the treacherous island green of the resort's Soffer Course. The Soffer is one of two at the luxury Miami hotel - the Miller is its neighbour - that have both been reworked by the great Raymond Floyd as part of a $45 million investment in the golf complex.
Recognition of the improvements carried out by Floyd is headlined by the resort's hosting of the Stanford International Pro-Am, an official LPGA Tour event. The Soffer and Miller Courses wind through the lush Miami estate, with holes bordered by the stunning tropical flora and fauna of South Florida.
